I have combined my background as a professional actor and writer with my original career in industry, working principally in finance. Understanding the nature of organisational culture and the communication issues arising from business interactions has been key to delivering relevant and beneficial training to a variety of clients across industry. Since beginning work in the transformative world of role-playing training in 2001, I have worked on projects focusing upon areas such as leadership and management skills, client management, influence and conflict management, negotiation skills, appraisal training, interview technique, customer relations, presentation skills and business networking.

 

My work has taken me across the industry working within areas such as engineering, transport, finance and various government departments.
